How Do I Renew My Parent Association Membership?

Your Parent Association membership will expire on August 31 of the academic year unless you joined for a multiple year period (i.e. Four Year) and then it will expire on August 31 of the last year covered. (See below for a more detailed explanation) To renew your membership, simply fill out the form below (you will need to call our office at 614-292-9153 to submit payment information after you submit your registration information on-line).

You will receive your updated membership cards, membership benefit information, and Family Resource Guide inserts in the mail approximately two weeks before the expiration date if your renewal form is received by August 1 or two to three weeks after we receive your complete renewal form if received after August 1.

What is the cost to renew my membership?

• Family Membership for one year = $35
• Three Year Membership = $85
• Four Year Membership = $110

All memberships expire August 31st of the academic year. For instance, A Family membership that begins September 1, 2001, expires August 31, 2002. (membership began academic year 01-02) A Three-Year membership that begins on December 20, 2002, expires August 31, 2005 (membership began academic year 02-03). A Four-Year membership that begins on January 7, 2003, expires August 31, 2006 (membership began academic year 02-03).
