Wellness Wednesdays is a personal enrichment and workshop series featuring a wellness topic to create and promote awareness and providing education around healthy living. Topics covered in these sessions align with the ten dimensions of wellness, outlined by the Student Life Wellness Center. This is a lunch and learn session. Lunch will be provided.
The "Carry Naloxone. Save a Life" training provides participants with information on how to recognize the signs of an opioid overdose, administer the opioid overdose reversal drug Naloxone and teaches concepts of harm reduction. The training is designed for students, staff and faculty who are interested in possibly saving a life in case of an emergency.
