The pandemic presented both new challenges and magnified already present challenges that caregivers in academia face. As we begin to move into a post-pandemic structure, it is important for us to know how we can better support caregivers. This session will present research and present studies that focus on the exacerbation of challenges on caregivers in academia and how institutions can instill more sustainable practices that form a culture of care and inclusivity for caregivers in academia.
This workshop is eligible for one DICE credit.
