Buckeye Link includes the office for Financial Aid, the University Bursar, and the University Registrar.  Information such as paying fees, the Free Application for Federal Student Aid, the Application for Special Scholarships, Guardian Epayment, the Tuition Option Payment Plan, class scheduling information, and dates and deadlines can all be found on this site.

The Office of Diversity and Inclusion, formerly Office of Minority Affairs, was created to provide leadership for The Ohio State University in supporting the success of minority students, faculty, and staff.

Office of Student Life - Off Campus and Commuter Student Engagement -

Commuter Students are those students who live outside of the University District and must drive or utilize public transportation from home to attend class. The office of Off-Campus and Commuter Student Engagement provides several services for commuting students to assist them while on campus including the commuter lounge, lockers, microwave and refrigerator, study space and information on campus programs and resources.


Office of Student Life - Ohio Union -

Serving fellow Buckeyes and acting as a steward of the Scarlet and Gray tradition, the Ohio Union exists to enhance the collegiate experience through quality programs, retail offerings and involvement opportunities in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Office of Student Life - Recreational Sports -

The Department of Recreational Sports offers members of The Ohio State University community the opportunity to live active and meaningful lives while on-campus.


Second-year Transformational Experience Program (STEP) -

The Second-year Transformational Experience Program (STEP) represents a unique opportunity for second-year students to explore their academic, personal and professional goals under the guidance of a Faculty Mentor. Through engagement in small-group cohort meetings and other specialized programming, students will develop skills in financial literacy, career exploration and wellness. The program culminates in the pursuit of a STEP Signature Project in one of the following categories: Creative and Artistic Endeavors, Education Abroad, Internship, Leadership, Service Learning or Undergraduate Research, for which eligible transformational experiences may receive up to $2,000 in STEP Funding. Afterwards, students present their projects at the STEP Expo, a showcase of experiential learning. Over the lifespan of the program, STEP has enhanced student retention and has propelled students’ development as individuals, scholars and aspiring professionals.


Student Legal Services (SLS) -

Student Legal Services at The Ohio State University (SLS) is a non-profit law office employing legal professionals to provide advice, representation, and education to eligible Ohio State students.  Ohio State students who attend the Columbus campus and have paid the SLS fee are eligible for SLS services.

Information on campus parking, parking passes, vehicle rental, and charter services. 


Younkin Success Center -

The Younkin Success Center is a unique collaboration between the Offices of Academic Affairs, Student Life, Department of Athletics, and the College of Education and Human Ecology that brings together learning and teaching, students and faculty, career and holistic counseling services, and undergraduate and graduate students and student athletes.
